Scrap Crushers (Private) Limited is a Zimbabwean registered company specialising in mining supplies and consumables distribution, logistics and commodity imports and exports. It is part of a larger group of companies - The Gurus Holdings (Private Limited) with its most significant asset, Freda Mine focusing on gold mining in the geologically rich Gwanda area, the provincial capital of the country’s Matabeleland South Region. 100% locally owned it is a family owned and run entity.

Board
Consisting of 6 board members, the composition of the board reveals that at its core the entity is a
family-centred business. The stewardship function is overseen by one board executive. The entity is
presently identifying influential and experienced experts across various fields to balance the
composition of the board across, objectivity, demographics, and skills en-route to full compliance.
Management
At this level specialised departments work in synergy comprising of procurement, sales, logistics,
administration and human resources all based at the central warehouse in Bulawayo.
Staff
Existing staff within the group and future recruitments will man all departments when fully
operational.
